Q: If I add products and would like the app to monitor inventory through Turn 14, how do I keep them from getting deleted? I have for the sake of not having to re-add them again, switched them to have both tracked by Shopify Inventory at the moment.
A: It sounds like the filter is removing the product. You can click the "Report" button in the Filters tab to see which filter is removing that SKU. Then turn off the filter that is causing it.
