You can now rename categories! Tired of seeing those Turn 14 category names showing up at the top of your store, making it obvious that that’s where you’re getting all your parts from? No more! Category renaming is simple.
Please note: When our app creates a category it sets a reference back to the original Turn 14 category. This allows the you to change the category names without losing the original link to Turn 14.
However, if you edit the category descriptions you will lose the link! The solution is to make sure to keep the CDATA section in the category when editing the text.
First under Products click on Product Categories:
Next, select the category you want to rename. Say you want to rename “Air Filters” to “Air Filtery Doo Duz” for some reason:
