Q: What happens to the tracking number if there’s an order with multiple pieces?
A: There is a chance that if there’s multiple packages but they came from one warehouse and shipped at the same time, there would be only 1 tracking number.
However we usually encounter one order that contains multiple items in it and can have multiple tracking numbers if items are being shipped from different locations or at different times. In this case multiple tracking numbers would be copied back to the customer.
