In order for us to take over an existing sku, the sku has to match Turn 14's sku but all uppercase, the vendor name in Shopify has to match the brand name in the Turn 14 brands list, and the inventory location has to be changed to the Turn 14 API.
I also recommend checking the filter report for those skus before updating them, because if the app is filtering them out and you change them over to the app it will then remove those skus! Here's how to download the report.
