We have made a change to the Turn14 Distribution app, where now instead of deleting products we set them to archived. This means if you want to bring a product back it's relatively easy. You also have the option to turn this feature off, meaning any products set to be filtered out of the store will remain in the store and active. In the filters tab you can find the setting "Do not archive filtered products" and turn it on.

If you want to see what products were archived, here's how to find them. In Shopify go to products, then sort by status > archived.

To make them all active again, we can simply click "Select All", then click "Set as Active" and confirm. (This works because you already have the setting "Do not archive filtered products" turned on.)
If you want this done by app you can simply turn the setting "Do not archive filtered products" on and when the scheduler updates the brand one by one, they will be unarchived eventually!Was this article helpful?
