Let's say for example you download products without images, then change your mind and deselect that option. Do you have to then manually delete all the products that loaded without images? Nope! The app will automatically delete them, but it may not be immediately - it might be a day or two. It will remove them during the next brand update cycle. If you manually delete them that's fine, it won't interfere.
