Want to find out why your store may have less products than expected, but aren't looking for any specific sku? Follow these steps further to get a total count of products being filtered out and the reason why.

First, follow the steps from this tutorial to download a fresh filter report, and upload it to google sheets.

1. Once open, click the top left corner cell to select all.

2. Click insert, then Pivot table.

3. Click Create without changing any settings.

4. This will open a new tab, with the pivot table options on the right hand side.

Click the down arrow next to "Suggested" and then click "Count of Partnumber for each Filter"

5.The result should look like this, giving you an easy to read count of how many products are being filtered out of your store due to each filter setting.
