The window of cancellation is very narrow because the merchant can only cancel if the order and tracking synchronization is not yet processing the order.

You can see a cancel button if it is not in progress yet.

However if the order and tracking synchronization already transmitted the order to Turn 14, the merchant can no longer cancel the order by design. (This is at Turn 14's request.)

The process that the merchant must follow is to first cancel the Order with Turn 14 (In order to cancel an order, you'll need to log into, go the "Invoices and Tracking" tab, and find the purchase order (tell them where they can find the PO in Shopify).  Cancel all of the orders and their lines and then submit. Once you receive the cancellation confirmation email for all parts you've ordered, you can cancel the order.  This typically happens automatically within a few minutes, but will take longer for any direct from manufacturer drop shipments.) and then the merchant will need to inform Data Here-to-There that it's now cancelled (confirmed).

At this point, we can manually cancel the order as per request by merchant.
