Q: I encountered MAP price problems, especially for the CORSA brand. Turn 14 has a different price and we have different prices and we got an email from CORSA saying that we are violating their map prices. How can I make sure it gets fixed?

A: If you have installed and uninstalled the app you may run into this problem. There may be products that are no longer attached to our app.  This can be seen in the individual product pages where it says, "Inventory Managed by".

Shopify drops the products into a default "Shopify" location which no longer receives updates.  After re-installing the app they need to be re-connected.  The following video shows the details: Turn 14 on Shopify - How to Migrate Products
