If you have both of our apps installed, you will have 2 different sets of categories. This can be handled by using the Slingshot app to map categories to Turn 14 categories using the Enhancements tab. It's a bit of manual work but do-able. This will merge products from both apps into the same category as opposed to duplicating a category twice
