Most new DCi accounts don't have the Data Download section enabled. When you log in, you should see it in the top menu. If you don't, you will need to contact support and ask them to enable this. You can use the 'contact us' section and send the request, or use their email sales@dcinet.com. After that's done in your DCi account please go to Data Download>Brand Selection. This will show you the list of brands. You can select the brands you want and the WD you are using. When you are finished selecting brands, press the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen. For assistance please contact: sales@dcinet.com
