However, it's important to note that certain brands on the list may have specific requirements, such as a sellers agreement or additional paperwork. If you encounter any difficulties in loading a particular brand into your store due to these requirements, I recommend reaching out to your Turn 14 representative who can assist you further and provide guidance on the necessary process.


When a brand is deselected from the brands list, it means that the updates for that particular brand will no longer be received. However, it's important to note that deselecting a brand does not automatically delete the associated products from your store.

Even if a brand is deselected, the products belonging to that brand will still remain in your store. They will retain their existing information, including product details, descriptions, and images. The only difference is that any updates to prices or changes made to those products by the brand will no longer be reflected in your store.

Therefore, if you decide to deselect a brand, please be aware that it will halt the automatic updates for that brand's products. The products themselves will continue to be available in your store as they were before.
