Firstly, open the EasySearch app and click the "Edit Form" menu. Then, add a new field.
Configure the field as shown here.

Then, click the Turn14 app, and open the integrations tab.

And click this button.

Then, click the dropdown, change it to "YMMT" then save.

Give it a few days and you should see a working sub-model field in your YMM search.
