It's going to depend on the total number of brands and products that are available in the store! The app will systematically cycle through each individual brand and update the relevant skus. I usually suggest waiting for approximately 24 hours to allow for the updates to take effect. After that period, you can check the pricing report, and you should observe some skus reflecting the new pricing adjustments. Typically, I select a brand that has been recently updated from the activity window, and then I perform a search for it in the report to verify the new settings that have been applied.
