The filter report provides some useful insight into why products are not loaded into your store.  Are they missing images?  Require LTL shipping but LTL is disabled?  The report will show you each part number that is rejected and why.


Start by downloading your filter report in the Turn14 app, under the filters tab, shown here.



Once downloaded, we highly recommend viewing this report in google sheets, as it handles larger spreadsheets a bit better and the following function is much easier to use.


Upload the file to your google drive, and right click, "Open with", then Google sheets.


If you are looking for a specific SKU, just open the file up directly and use Ctrl+F to open the find window, enter the SKU and hit enter, and you should see the reason that SKU was filtered out.



Here, we see our example SKU was filtered out due to having no images.





Want to find out why your store may have less products than expected? Follow these steps further to get a total count of products being filtered out for any reason!


Once open, click the top left corner cell to select all.



Then, click insert, then Pivot table. Click Create without changing any settings.


This will open a new tab, with the pivot table options on the right hand side. Click the down arrow next to "Suggested" and then click "Count of Partnumber for each Filter"


The result should look like this, giving you a fantastically easy to read count of how many products are being filtered out of your store due to each filter!
