Q: Hello, I’m attempting to sync items from Turn 14 to BigCommerce, the connection lights up green, API link tests successfully,  but the rest pop up red and brands are not populating. What do I need to do?

A: For the brands list to populate make sure you have followed these steps:

You need to first enable the brands endpoint on the Turn 14 site.

  1. To start you must be logged into Turn 14, then go to Settings and data.  Next select "Third Party Companies".

  2. Check off "Data Here-to-There".

  3. Click "Request production access". Then there will be a pop up where you agree to the terms.
