Here are some settings that can cause incorrect inventory:
- Make sure that the product has the "inventory will be stocked at" setting set to the Turn 14 app. (It's on the product page, in your Shopify admin, under the pricing.)
- Make sure the trial/subscription is live.
- In the Turn 14 app, under content do you have the setting "enable manufacturer inventory" turned on?
- Make sure the "set track inventory" option is checked in the content tab of the app.
