We came across a scenario where a merchant was having an issue with their order. It would not give them an option to print a shipping label directly from their admin wherein they had this option before on their end. This is actually a Shopify problem. We've contacted Shopify about this to see if they can fix it. Shopify has a default 'print shipping label' option. But they disable this feature if there is a fulfillment service present.  They need to allow the user to continue using this default option instead of turning it off.

This means if you are using the Turn 14 app's order and tracking synchronization you will not have the ability to print labels within Shopify.
