If you go to the brands tab and select the checkbox for the brand you want to update, you can then use the drop down menu and click "Reload" this will force an update to that specific brand.
You will need to reload a brand any time you change a filter or enhancement setting to apply the changes. If you want this process to be automatic for all brands, you can go into the settings, under preferences and turn on the setting "Automatically apply brand catalog changes in My Brands, skipping review process".
If a brand isn't loading try checking the filter preview then reloading it.
