After successfully completing a test order, and confirming success with support@dataheretothere.com you can move to production mode.
1. Click "Orders"
2. Scroll down and click "Production environment"
3. Click "Save"
To ensure continuous access to production mode, please place an order through the system. Turn 14 has implemented a fraud prevention measure that automatically deactivates access if there are no live orders for 60 consecutive days. However, this measure cannot differentiate between a brand new store that hasn't received an order yet and a dormant account. By placing an order, you will demonstrate active usage of the system and maintain your production access without interruption.
