In the Turn 14 to Shopify app by Data Here-to-There:

  • Make sure the app is in "testing" mode below.

  • Make sure you're signed up for the enhanced plan (It should show as enabled in green test in the orders tab.)



In your Shopify Settings:




On Turn14.com:




Once that's done:

  1. Go to the Orders tab in the Tun14 app and ensure that your environment is set to "Testing"
  2. Go the the Orders tab in Shopify and create a new order
  3. Enter a Turn14 Product.
  4. Enter real customer information, including address and phone number. (This can be your own info if needed, so long as the address and phone number are both real.)
  5. Mark as Paid
  6. Go back into the order and click "Request Fulfillment"
  7. Email us the order number to send it over (this will be automated after we finish testing)
  8. The Turn 14 support team will then review the test order and enable production mode for their account (if they approve)
  9. Switch over to Production mode in the Orders tab of the Turn14 app.
