After successfully completing a test order, and confirming success with support@dataheretothere.com you can move to production mode.
1. Click "Orders"
2. Scroll down and click "Production environment"
3. Click "Save"
To ensure continuous access to production mode, please place a live order through the system. Turn 14 has implemented a fraud prevention measure that automatically deactivates access if there are no live orders for 60 consecutive days. However, this measure cannot differentiate between a brand new store that hasn't received an order yet and a dormant account. By placing an order, you will demonstrate active usage of the system and maintain your production access without interruption.
