Most couriers will require a phone number for delivery. Therefore it is important to enable the “Shipping address phone number” option in your Shopify store.
Each distributor will have a different test order process to follow, but these are the general instructions on how to set up the order automation in Slingshot
1. Click "Orders"
2. Click the "Enable order automation" and "Enable tracking automation" fields.
3. Click "Order Routing"
4. Make sure your preferred distributor is selected and "Save Changes"
