Order Status and Error Messages

In the current version of our app, there are two ways to check the status of an order.

  • First, if you click the Turn 14 Distribution App's status tab, you can see the log of your orders
  • Second, and more convenient, is to check the order timeline



Below is an example showing that Turn 14 received the order successfully. After the order is completely fulfilled, the status of the order will change and the tracking number is filled.


1. Click "Orders"



2. Click on the order you want to check



3. Scroll down to the order timeline



Any order errors will show up here in red, and there should be a link "details here" to an extended order error message such as invalid address, missing phone number etc. Any order errors that are not easily understood can be sent to support@dataheretothere.com for more information.
