Checking out with CARB products

Let's say you have a customer in California checking out with three items, one of which is CARB restricted and can't ship to California. What happens?


During the order synchronization, when 1 of the items is problematic, the whole order will be rejected. You will see the order error in the timeline.


At this point, you would then have to tell the customer that the 1 item must be removed. After removal, you can request the fulfillment with the 2 non problematic items.
